Problem with game reservation

With respect to xbox live rewards, by the section of the game reserve. In the list come 9 games, of which I reserved 7 and I have not given credits.

Trouble with multiple Xbox Ones on same network

If it worked for a while with UPnP then it could just be due to the IP addresses changing.

Some routers really do need you to use a static ip with UPnP to stop the NAT changing.

The static IP should be set in the router address reservation or DHCP reservation options though and not in the console itself. The IP settings in the console should be left as automatic.

Using DMZ and port forwarding will likely make the problem worse with most routers

It's best to post in the support section of the forum in order for support to check into it. Keep in mind that credits are not given until after all 3 games that counted towards your punches have been released. If any of the games were preordered before
January 1, they would not count towards your actual punches.

Check to see if the game has reserved space stored on your saved data within the games manage game section. If there is reserved space for the game. Try removing the reserved space and then launch the game. Once you launch the game, the reserved space will
be recreated. This could possibly resolve your issue of the game freezing when you try to load the saves.

when somebody changes their gamer tag, the previous one is not made available straight away, also it could be taken by somebody using it for another part of Microsoft services, gamer tags are not only used for live.

I didn't have one iota of problems with the 360- still don't. But I have serious reservations about investing in games for this product if Microsoft is this disorganized with the One.
