    I have a problem with the game pass, my subscription is renewed all months, this is my first month after the free trial, and I already confirmed that if the payment was made for the game pass subscription,
    but I can not access the benefits of gamepass, which may be the problem

    Game Pass with problem!!

    I can not sign the Game Pass with my Xbox account balance which I loaded with a gift card.

    I do not have a credit card and I added the correct amount for the one-month test, and I lost the money because with that balance I can not buy anything else !



    If they do not want to accept my signature via gift card they will refund me the money in the bank account which will be most useful elsewhere !!

    Every day I regret a little more for choosing Microsoft as a platform for my games!

    Game pass with game sharing problem

    I am game sharing with someone that has the game pass but it won't let me play any game pass games or install new ones that they download. For example they downloaded state of decay 2 but it doesn't show up in ready to install.

    These costs, were they added by Microsoft or your bank? When you look at your billing history via your Microsoft Account what figure do you see?

    It could be that you were charged fees by your bank which would be out of Microsofts Control.

    Hi Le epic Kermit,

    MHW Iceborne is an expansion for the MHW game and requires the base game to play it.

    When you purchased Iceborne did you buy the edition that game with the base game? If not you will either have to buy MHW or subscribe to GamePass to enjoy the Iceborne expansion.
