Problem with Frankenrewards "ELECTRIFY YOUR SUBJECT"

Hello there!

I´ve bought The Evil Within Digital Bundle on 10/14/17 and completed Level 1 - Mix and Match. On the same day I bought one avatar item and completed the Level 2 - Stock Your Lab. The credits was counted and deposited to my account.

The problem is that on 10/16/17 I´ve completed 5 achievements on The Evil Within, but the Level 3 mission "Electrify Your Subject" is not working! Today is 10/26/17 and I already have 13 achievements on The Evil Within, but nothing changed! Why I´m not getting
my points?

I bought this game + avatar item to get the 15.000 points on Xbox Rewards, and only the first two levels of this mission is working. Please guys, I made the achievements a long ago and didn´t get anything for Level 3 mission. Please, help me!

P.S.: Down here I posted my achievements date and my points extract to show that I´ve completed every level of Frankenrewards.

Level 3: Electrify Your Subject

Hello theunit1982,

You only need five achievements total from any of the games you purchased towards the offer. For example, you could have 2 achievements from The Evil Within and 3 from Resident Evil 5; you only need five achievements total from any combination of games.

 

Level 3: Electrify Your Subject

Does anyone know if this is 5 achievements across any of the games you bought (in level 1). For example, if you bought 5 games totalling to £32 or more - 1 achievement on each would be enough, or is it 5 per game, so in this case
25 achievements?

 

Did you spend the whole £32? As I think this has to be the case for level 3 (5 achievements) to unlock.... I am also waiting for this to be confirmed as well from XBLRewards staff so any answers would be appreciated. I also cant see where to get the avatar
items from, I can't seem to find the whole list? Maybe you could help me with this part GUSALOMAO, as you have done this bit......

 

I´m from Brazil, so I had to spend R$ 125,00 brazillian real. I bought The Evil Within Digital Bundle that costs R$ 140,00, more than R$ 125,00 needed. The avatar I bought is one of the showed at Frankenrewards page (a spike throne). My problem is that I made
13 achievements, when I just need 5 to get level 3 mission. I´m really upset!
