Problem with FIFA17 downloading

While downloading FIFA17 on my Xbox One the process of downloading got stopped at one moment with about 62% already downloaded and nothing was installed. I cannot start the downloading again because the download code is one-use only so every time
I try to enter this code there is a message that this code has already been used

xbox live does not work to my fifa17

I have been trying to log into my fifa17 game with my xbox live but it does not work.. It just gets the error number: 80151912.. What could be the problem? I have been playing both fifa16 and fifa17 with my xbox360 a long time, but this week this suddenly
appeared when I was trying to log into fifa17...

I would appreicate help as soon as possible..

Fifa 17 activation issues

Hello all,

my brother recently bought new Xbox One with 500gb and Fifa17 in one box. It came with activation code, that should be activated and used with this console, to unlock the game. The problem is, the youngest brother thought he was smarter than us, and activated/downloaded
Fifa17 two hours before its activation (midnight 28/29th). Now, we're unable to play Fifa17 in its full option, it's possible only to play test version. If I try to activate code that came along with console, Xbox says it's been already activated.

Is there any option to somehow salvage this code, or is it lost forever?

Once you redeem a code, you won't need the code again. You'll be able to re-download any content from the Xbox Store or the Ready to Install section on your console. When you try to re-download the game after stopping it does it still stop at 62%?

Can you please try deleting the game from your console carry out a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds, once the console has powered down unplug it from the wall outlet for 5 minutes then plug everything back
in and then try to download the game.
