    Problem with FIFA


    I've been talking with EA support for the last 3 weeks now regarding an issue with the game, and I've tried every troubleshooting step known to them. They even escalated my issue to a 2nd tier for further investigation and they usually closing the ticket saying there's nothing wrong from their end.

    Until the last call, an agent told me I can contact Microsoft as this might be a problem with Windows; however, I'm not facing any problems with Windows or any other game for as far as I know.

    I've had issues with my PC (Specifically core isolation and Bitlocker encryption) My device is Alienware X17 which isn't even a year old and I went through many troubleshooting steps with Dell support until the resolution was achieved by reinstalling (Not resetting) the Windows as a fresh copy using a Dell recovery tool because everytime I reset the PC, I would have the same issue.

    Back then when I had issues with Windows, FIFA was working great, until I reinstalled Windows and now everything is working perfectly fine, a mode in FIFA isn't working no matter what troubleshooting steps I follow.

    So I was wondering if the Microsoft community may have a solution for my problem or they have encountered something similar.

    Hello George, i have windows 11 and have problem only with fifa 23. I installed fifa 23 on external hdd`(i dont know usb type). i didnt face same problem with fifa 22.

    Hi, just to comment on your post. I had the same problem, finishing a FUT match then the console was going back to the home screen. I set the console back to the factory settings and re-installed the game. I still have the same problem after I did all this.
