    Problem with expedited shipping code for Xbox One S upgrade program


    I received an email about the Xbox One S upgrade program for existing Xbox One owners where you can purchase an Xbox One S and use the included promo code for free expedited shipping. However, when I made my console & game selections on microsoftstore.com,
    selected "expedited shipping" and entered the promo code - nothing happened. The page refreshed but did not remove the shipping charge; there was also no error related to the promo code.

    I chatted with Microsoft Store & Xbox Support online and they pointed me to the sender of the code which would be the Xbox Live Rewards program. Here's the link to the program: Xbox Live Rewards

    For clarification, I had selected the 500GB Storm Grey Xbox One S, with Batman: Return to Arkham ("The Crew" was also included for free). The Storm Grey console had been released by the time I attempted to use the code, so the pre-order stipulation on the
    promo code shouldn't apply.

    Does the black friday deal for the xbox one s work with the 50k points?

    Hi, I recently purchased the Xbox one s battlefield storm grey bundle on black Friday from the online Microsoft store and I was wondering if I would receive the 50k points for upgrading as shown in this mission, Xbox Live Rewards.
    I did not use the expedited shipping code though.

    Free expedited shipping code not working......

    While browsing the Xbox Rewards missions i noticed a great deal i want to take advantage of. Xbox Rewards will give you 50,000 RC, 2 free games AND Free expedited shipping when you purchase an Xbox One S. when i went to purchase this bundle the promo code
    i was given for free expedited shipping wouldn't work. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Console upgrade promo code for msft store, wasted 1 hour with a disgusting pig chat agent

    The promo code is only to offset the price of expedited shipping and is not required to earn the credits. Not all of the console are eligible for expedited shipping which could be the reason the code won't work.

    The code is just to offset the price of expedited shipping. Make sure the console you're purchasing is eligible for expedited shipping.

    The code is not necessary to receive the 50,000 credits, so if it's not used, you will still receive the credits.

    As long as you made the purchase from microsoftstore.com and used the same email you use for the rewards program, the credits will show as pending about 15 business days after the console ships. There is no special button you have hit and the code is only

    As far as paying for shipping, the offer code should have offset the price of expedited shipping. If the console was eligible for expedited shipping, you may want to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if they can do anything about the
