    Problem with eso plus


    I'm not quite sure if this is a problem with eso or my account but if been stripped of my eso plus content past few days. I have never unsubribed and the payment for this month has been taken out my account. If I look on my xbox subscription it says next
    due payment is the 16 of July which has passed and been paid for. Getting to be a pain has anyone else experienced this?

    The problem lies in the automatic renewel of the ESO Plus and the 1500 Crowns bonuse,

    @MemphizUK buying Crowns in bundles would not generally give problems.

    The reason why you need to contact Xbox Support for ESO Plus problems, is because of the subscription is with Microsoft directly, and not with Zenimax.

    Heya iiPinkBunni.

    Definitely understand the frustrations with this. Sounds like there may have been some confusion with this. For subscription issues such as this Phone/Chat support will be able to best help out. To check, did Bethesda recommend a refund on the subscription
    and then a repurchase?

    Elder Scrolls Online? I would think this would be on the ESO end. I would contact them.

    I think you can get support from within the game as well.
