    PROBLEM WITH ENFORCEMENT


    Good morning, gamers.

    I would like to know if there is any way to contact Enforcement except for the reply when we are suspended or banned. I got a 14 day suspension starting on the 17th and ending on the 31st and I can't even log into my account as it shows an error that I was suspended permanently. I sent my reply on the day by the enforcement itself, because I didn't do anything wrong to be banned and I wanted them to at least show me the reason for the ban (the message that was reported, for example), but today I went to see it and my reply was disapproved and my suspension remains. Is there any way for me to know the exact reason for the suspension, such as the message that was reported for example?

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You will have to wait for their response from your case review.

    But its been over a month? That seems a little extensive I think. I really want an explanation for why it is taking so long. I mean I could understand 14 days but not over a month. And it doesn't give me an option for a case review to even plead my innocence.

    Clearly you have not been active in the programme for over a year.

    You need gold to be in the programme, then you can try and reapply.
