problem with enforcement site

hi im having trouble accessing the enforcement site to view a recent ban i have received does anyone else have this trouble too?

once i enter the website it doesnt show my profile so i press the sign in button but it just shows me the same page

so if anyone from xbox knows about this problem is there any way to fix this or what do we have to do?

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to view the enforcement action placed onto your account.

When accessing the website, it is always best to try different devices, i.e. phones, tablets, PC.

Different web browsers may also help in case some are not properly loading the website as they should.

Try these suggestions, and if anything as the enforcement website is aligned to your Xbox account, you can also try signing into any other Microsoft/Xbox website and then visit the enforcement website as you'll already be signed in.

Also the page looks the same when you are logged in, the only thing that changes is you can select the buttons after logging in

Also, if it's a 24 hour ban it can be a little wonky.
