    Hello, I'm having a problem with the EA App when I log in via Xbox Loggin. I just can't see the app. I can't even see the bar to search for games.

    Dragon age origins won't launch

    no error code, nothing happens at all

    i did change the account and same problem

    also note that it force us to use EA app in order to launch the game, i tried repairing the ea app but same problem

    theres no option to repair the game in EA app nor in the xbox app..

    The app, the game, your account, and your subscription are EA's responsibility. They are responsible for fixing any problem involving their games and app. Log out of the EA app, use the recovery app, open the app again, log in using the Xbox option and try downloading the game again. If the problem persists, contact EA again.

    Log off from EA desktop app and Xbox app, use EA recovery app to clear app cache. Open the Xbox app, log in with your account, open the EA app and log in using your Xbox account option.

    After that try downloading the trial again. If the problem persists, contact EA.

    As extra information, when I delete EA App download button shows up. When I start downloading, it downloads the ea app and this problem occurs again.
