problem with downloading for sales of chest

Hello!

At game "The Sea of thieves" I've sold 10 chests and no money were sent to my account.

Could You, please, help me with this?

Just as BIGB EC has suggested try going to the chest in Gorhart as it's the one chest that recieves any downloadable items etc. and it's accessible pretty early in the game.

If that's not your problem try deleting and re-downloading it from you history. Let us know how you go!

I also have the same problem. I downloaded the weapons and armor pack and restarted the game but it is not in the chest that it should be in. I tried erasing it from hard drive and then re-downloaded it but still nothing. The games dlc menu says that I have
it but I can't access it.
