problem with downloading and privacy

whenever I try to access my privacy or family setting and when I try to download something it keeps giving me the same error all the time

what should I do?

here are the error codes: 80072AF9-A76BC0D7-41C9F076

and when I try to search the error codes the second and third codes are not even in the codes!!and it doesn't give me result.

I'm in trouble!

I'm having a problem downloading COD 2's premium content, asking to change the privacy settings and online.

 

My Account doesn't show as a Gold account, even though I am a Gold Xbox Live member

Unfortunately, there can only be one primary account. And as for your downloads problem, try checking your account privacy settings as downloading content maybe blocked still.
