Problem with downloading account on Xbox One

Based on your description, you were asked to visit your account on Microsoft Home. This usually happens when you needed to check your credentials if this is still correct, account security and making sure that you have signed into the account at least once in a two-year period. This is important check to your account, and we suggest that you do it now.

• Sign in with your account and go to Security tab or click here: Microsoft account | Security
  
• Then update your security information by adding new security method like recovery code and Microsoft authentication code.

What exactly was the problem downloading it? If you are trying to download it on an Xbox One, you will need a payment method for example a credit/debit card or PayPal account attached to your account.

I have a similar problem and when I purchased an Xbox One I was able to download my account without any problems even though I still can't download my profile to any new Xbox 360s.

That's the problem, i've downloaded those games with GWG on Xbox One and my account was in North America region. Tanks for the help.
