Problem with doing and Completeing the game pass quests in the Xbox insider hub app via...

The rewards app was also not working for me this morning. Was just loading the splash screen and then closing to dashboard. I've reported it to

Microsoft via the Insider App. But personally was able finish all of the Game Pass rewards quests sucessfully without issue this past Sunday.

Did you click the last item in the quest? I think sometimes it requires "activating" by clicking the last item in the quest list, and I'm curious if you did that before attempting the achievements?

I just verified via the Game Pass app on Android. It does NOT include the Metro series quests via that app, so will not be required to complete Game Pass quest master quest.

Sometimes they add promotional reward quests, and the Rewards dashboard lumps all the quests together, and doesn't seperate the Game Pass specifics. You shouldn't need to purchase that game to complete the Game Pass quests. You can check your progress
with the Game Pass app available on iOS or Android.

the Xbox Insider program is mostly meant to get Updates (to the console or for Windows Insider for the PC) earlier and use/test them. If you encounter issues you can report then via the Feedback option within the Insider app or use the forums to report them.

On Both PC and Xbox there are quests (or surveys) that can be done and accessible via the Insider Hub (App)

There have been games in the past, but that's a rare thing.

Sometimes games do go missing from the games and apps, and the best thing to do if you are having these issues, is report the issue via the Xbox insider hub app. You do not have to be an Xbox insider to send in a report. Just download the app from the
store, and then press & hold the Xbox button on the controller and select report a problem, once you have filed your report, then the relevant team can produce a fix.

The Metro series quests are NOT apart of the Game Pass quests. Metro Exodus is not included in Game Pass, so that quest is not applicable when it comes to completing "Game Pass quest master" quest. I verified this through offical support, and checking
that it does not show up in the applicable quests in the Game Pass app on iOS or Android.

The Metro Exodus quest is just a seperate bonus promoting Metro Exodus, 2033, and Last Light. You do not need to complete it to finish the Game Pass quests.
