Problem with credencial on xbox One

Hi everyone, I´ve got this massage, making reference to my gamertag I think, I download dead space 3 but, a few days before this, I change my gamertag, so know I can't play any of 360 games because there is an error thats says that
theres been a problem with the credencial that im using to sign up on xbox live, I try to delate the game over and over again, and looking for an similar error on forums but nothing yet, the code for that error is
8015190A but its not helping, just say that its my connection when is not. so how do I synchronize my gt on 360 with my xboxOne? or what should I do?

Hello.

The problem seems to be that you are on the restriction. You can only change your home xbox 3 times on a yearly basis.

Sometimes when you switch consoles or have bought a new version you can ask XboxSupport to help you with this process. They are the only one here that can help you about this. You need the be ready with your credencials and call them while near your console
son you can go through the steps they tell you. This have worked for me since I have change my Xbox Console 3 times and switched sharing games with partner 2 times.

try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

 

When you load any 360 game up after its loaded hit the start and select buttons (small round buttons on controller next to big xbox button) at same time this will bring up the 360 dashboard.

When that loads up there should be a choice of download profile click on that it will ask for email and password.

this will download profile with your new gamertag.

If this does not work and if this is your first 360 backwards compatible game make sure that your password is not longer then 16 characters the 360 including the emulator on the ONE does not like passwords longer then 16 characters.
