    Hi there!

    I had some problem with my controller. The problem is that the left stick doesn't work in the correct way. If I shake my controller, I hear something moving inside and sometimes it gets stuck the stick itself and the left trigger. What can I do?

    If I send it to Microsoft with the warranty, they will change it for free? How long does the process take?

    (I'm form Italy and I don't know how the warranty system works)

    Same problem here.. Xb1 S controller randomly disconnects, original xbox one controller has no issues with xb1 S console...

    Xbox one X, Play and Charge kit doesn't work

    Play and Charge kit doesn't work with my Xbox one X controller (project Scorpio). There is a problem with charging (no light), baterry is empty. When I use xbox one s controller everything is OK.

    Since it’s an internal problem with the controller, it will need to be sent in for repair.

    The default warranty is 90 days, but I think that since you’re in the EU, the default warranty may have been extended to a year (due to EU consumer laws). If it’s still under warranty, the repair/replacement itself should be free.

    I would contact Xbox Support (choose phone or chat) to review your repair options:

    As far as I know in the US, repair turnarounds take roughly 2-4 weeks.

    Does the Xbox One S console have Bluetooth Capability? I.E Bluetooth Headsets

    There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

    The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

    The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.
