    When I play, sometimes the controller disconnects, I tried changing the batteries but continues to do so , I don't know what I can do...you know how to fix this?

    Controller problem with xbox one

    Hi EclipsE vL,

    Are you saying that you were trying to turn on your console by pressing that big "X" mark on your controller, and your console wasn't on that you had to press that X mark on your console to turn it on? I have tried to turn on my console by pressing that
    X on my controller, nothing works unless I press tat X mark on my console.

    Controller problem with xbox one

    when I turn my Xbox on with my controller, the console does not turn on, I have to manually turn it on by using my hand. Same thing happens when i want to switch my Xbox off. any suggestions?

    Hi

    It may be that your controller is suffering interference from other devices in your home and this may be part of the issue please use

    this guide     to try work out what is causing your issue. In addition to this I would also check to make sure your controller does not require a

    firmware update     that may help with your issue.

    This problem is caused by xbox controller, because wireless xbox one controller have so much problems

    Bought an Xbox 360 controller mostly every year because of thumbsticks deadzone problems.

    So for me,the choice is easy.

    I'm not getting the Xbox one elite 2 controller. I didn't get the 1st one why would I get the 2nd one. the 1st one a lot of people had problems with. I've had problems with a regular Xbox one controller, so why would I buy a controller that is 3 times
    the price of a regular Xbox one controller.

    Have you tried a different Xbox one controller?

    If it works with a different Xbox One controller I would begin to expect the controller as the problem.
