    Problem with contetion to Internet from XBox One


    Hi ,my name is Nariman i am from Germany. since today morning i can not conntect to internet via my X Box One. He says always that it is not possible to contact with a local network. I have refreshed a Modem and also X Box, but it doesnt helped. I have also
    tried to conntect wth other Internet , it was also not possible. There where should stay a IP adress stays 0.0.0.0 ... It is a first time i have such problem. It has worked before perfect and i didnt have had a problem. I have even played Tomb Raider 2 days
    ago and everything was perfect...but today...

    I hope you can help me and tell me what is the problem.

    Experiencing lag when playing?

    What's your internet connection speed? Are other devices connected to the internet aside from Xbox? I guess the problem lies with the internet connection. Do a test at speedtest.net. In case the speed is okay try to see if the other devices are eating up your internet speed by turning them off and focus on Xbox One.

    Problem with contetion to Internet from XBox One

    So it seems like the Xbox is not getting an IP address from your modem. That's the first place to start troubleshooting.

    I'd first recommend testing alternate connections, so if you're connecting via WiFi, see if you can test a connection via ethernet and vice versa if applicable.

    Are there other devices connected to your modem successfully connecting?

    You might also want to run the network troubleshooter on the Console in Settings > All Settings > Network and run the network test and follow the steps it provides there or let us know what it says so we can further troubleshoot.

    You just need to put your account in the new xbox ypu plan to buy and all your saved contet will he there ypu wont lose any digital game at all...

    Xbox Live account muted.

    Xbox One, I tried making a new Xbox Live account but that one had the same problem to I guess its a problem with the system and not the account.

    The problem is the connection in multiplayer is 1 bar so its really laggy but if I disconnect from internet and play campaign It has the exact same lag. so its not the internet.
