    Hello, anyone out there who can help. I was playing Xbox 2 nights ago and when I turned it off, I turned on my Nintendo switch. None of my games would load any game servers from the switch, however I could still download games so I was definitely connected
    to the internet. I went back to my Xbox and the same problem was occurring. Every single game would say the same thing. Cannot connect to server or something. I'm really worried, I don't know if I've been hacked or something but I could still get you tube
    and Netflix along with downloading games off Xbox as well. I checked my memberships and It said that I have an active Xbox Live Gold Membership as well as an active Nintendo online membership. If this has happened to anyone or if they know how to fix it, please.
    I need your help.

    Hi there,

    if multiple devices are showing issues connecting then it could be related to your internet connection or network.

    In such case I would try to restart things like Modem and or Router and other devices that are part of your network, to see if that helps anything.

    Also run a network test on the Xbox console, it may give some additional information too.

    Cannot join servers on nintendo switch - Minecraft

    Sorry, I realized my mistake. I dont have a Nintendo Switch Online Account, so I wont be able to join servers, I didnt know that at the time, you had to have one to join servers. It just said I needed a Nintendo Switch Account, which throughly confused me. Thank you for your time, and once again I apologize for not realizing my mistake.

    Minecraft cross play from PS4 to Xbox one

    If you have the Bedrock version for PS4 then you would be able to play crossplay between Windows 10, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and mobile.

    Do note that PS4 does not have the ability to access Realms or Servers at the moment. You can only join friends on a world.

    I'm curious, What platform are you currently playing on?

    • Xbox One
    • Mobile devices
    • Windows 10
    • Nintendo Switch
    • Java Edition

    There have been reports of other players not being able to join Realms servers but that was a while ago.

    This could be an issue with your network connection. If you can share with us what platform you are on, we can provide the appropriate troubleshooting techniques to be able to address this.
