Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however, there are no official announcement from Microsoft that's why we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

We can try resetting the console keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend trying to
uninstall and reinstall the profile if you are able to connect online. There could be some corrupt data or glitched part causing the issue. Also,

when you go offline are you changing the setting in network settings? If you just disconnect internet it will show online still to others.
