Problem with connection on laptop

Hello, i have a problem with my xbox one controller. I was using it rarely in last month. Controller is new. Yesterday i had a problem with connection ( bluetooth ) into games. In the middle of the games (FIFA18/For Honor/Dark Souls III/etc. not only in
one concrete game) controller just disconnect, started blinking and turning off. After it games are crashing, and laptop just produces sounds of a beeping. Mouse is invisible and i need to restart my laptop by using switch. The problem is that i cant connect
like before. I never throwed or dropped my controller. In settings it shows that internet connection is good, xbox live is working, NAT is open. I dont know, where is the problem. Thank you for your help.

Hi Rymczi,

Thanks for reaching out and responding to us. If the controller just blinks then stops then it means it is either an issue with the controller itself or the Bluetooth setting on the PC. Try to change the batteries in the controller and give it another try.
On your PC, select the Start button, and then select Settings >
Devices > Bluetooth. Turn on Bluetooth so it can discover Bluetooth devices.
Select Xbox Wireless Controller > Pair

Now if that doesn't work then restart your controller. Then afterwards repair the device.

Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth.
Select the controller and then select Remove device.
Press the Connect button on your controller.
Select the controller and then select Pair.

My controller is uptaded. I already check it before i wrote this post. Controller is working perfectly by the USB cable so the issue is with Bluetooth connection. And i have no idea what and where is
the problem

I cant light up my button on controller. When im pushing it it only blinking fast and when i take off my finger from button on controller it just already stop lighting.

when im trying to power on controller it start blinking fast, when i release the button it immidiately go off, i even cant connect controller
to my laptop right now after i disconnect them. By the usb cable everything is working, but i buy controller to use it with bluetooth for more comfort.

I've used wifi hotspots with my laptop many times.

Just connect the 360 to the laptop using ethernet connection and switch on internet connection sharing on PC.

Then sign into the hotspot on your laptop and xbox live should then work.

Problem is that an open NAT is not guaranteed.
