    i got a download code for destiny from preordering call of duty and when i deleted destiny beta to load the disk copy it deleted my content can i redownload my content agine are is it lost forever . i know on xbox 360 you could go on web and redownload but
    xbox one cant find anything nothing in download history on console

    Im Having the same problem, with no sucess logging in. The support topic didnt help and I erased my profile and, now, I cant redownload since it asks for the email/password ( THE CORRECT ONES ) and I cant redownload it. Help?

    So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
    800704cd. Please help!!

    Please try heading to My Games & Apps then scroll all the way to the right until you get to Ready to Download. All your previously installed content should be listed there.

    It not there try code and it said already used why xbox one dont do like 360 and give list of everything you download so you can download agine if i lose one more code i will sell this piece of *** and go with playstation for now on so i need answers

    Check for your shader in either deliveries or mail in the Tower.

    you know i have 4 xbox 360, a playstation 3, and never had this problem with them but to know i droped $500 an this problem is real getting on my nerve they put out a unit that has nothing but problems. if i lose this code that will be the last of my money
    xbox will get from me and i am going with playstation

    Did you claim the shader while the game was in Beta? If so, everything was wiped when the game was fully released.

    You should contact bungie via their forums to see if there's a possibility to find it and get it returned to your character.
