problem with code redemption

Hello I have a problem at redemption code

Gears 1 and 3 are region locked and that error code does show that it's a region issue. In order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the games are available.

I'm sorry to hear that you did not get your capes in your account. Can you please check in here if your Home cape and Menace cape are showing as redeemed like in the image below? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If they are listed in there, please try following the steps below:

1. Restart your PC.

2. Logout your Microsoft account in the Minecraft Launcher then sign back in.

3. Open Bedrock Edition and go to your Dressing Room and proceed to Capes. Please check if your Home cape and Menace cape are now showing.

Hello, first off it's better to create a new thread instead of bumping older ones.

As for your currency, it's not lost. It can only be used in the region that it was originally purchased for.

If you move from the US and have US currency on your account it is still there but can only be used for US purchases. If you had currency for another region on your account it can be viewed at commerce.microsoft.com

Let me get this straight. If I buy an Xbox One in the US or UK and take it overseas I can't use the redemption code that I have already paid for?

If so, how to I recover my stolen money from Microsoft?
