Discus and support Problem with clearing wired alternate MAC address in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Console does not restart after attempting to clear the alternate wired MAC address.     Clearing your Alternate MAC address. Hit the Menu button, Settings, Network, Advanced, Alternate MAC address, Clear, Restart. It will take a few mins for the console to reboot.

    Been having the same issue for a while. Ive tried everything. Seems to be fine if i connect the Xbox wired directly into the router. But if you try to find a network it picks nothing up and doesnt allow you to restart your mac address.
