    Problem with claiming Minecraft on Win 10 edition


    Hello,

    My friend started playing on pocket edition so I wanted to use the free windows 10 edition code ( because I already have Minecraft "java" ( hates this name ) so it's free to claim ) but when I try to use the code it says it has already been claimed in 2015...
    But I NEVER claimed win 10 version...

    How is that possible and how can I get the version now ?

    Please answer me. Problem with claiming Minecraft on Win 10 edition :(

    Just when I try to log in, it immediately ask for a password to another Microsoft account. And I can not log in to an account where I have
    assigned MC Win 10 Edition. Please help.

    Just to make sure we are on the same page, you are being asked to login to an account which you don't have the password to?
    Hey, No, that's not the point. I just can not log in to the account to which I have assigned the MC WIN10E for the reasons mentioned above. I remember all logins and passwords.

    Thanks for keeping us updated on this situation, however, I believe there is some miscommunication going on. So, you are trying to log in to Minecraft on Windows 10. It is asking for a password to another Microsoft Account connected to Minecraft though,
    which is not the account you were trying to sign into?

    Is there any issues with the account that has Minecraft on it? Is it possible to sign into both emails onto our Microsoft Site?
