Problem with Chained Echoes

That's great news! There are times that the anti virus would block the game from being played due to security reason from the app. But once you have ran it though, you can enable the anti virus again.

I downloaded another one, it's good now.

Last one with anitivirus helped.

If you don't mind, I would like to ask a question, why did disabling the antivirus help?

You may try resetting the Xbox app and Microsoft store first.

Click Start and click Settings; Select Apps & features. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options. Click Reset then also click repair.

Once done, please do this:

Click Start and search for wsreset, right click then open as admin, wait for the store to load up again.

Once done, restart your PC then try again please.

If that does not help,

Try reinstalling the game and once done, turn off anti virus from your PC then open the game.
