I'm doing this for my daughter who has an XBox account and I wanted to extend her online gambling. For this I should compensate for a month of failure. But now comes this bill I do not understand.

I placed $10 in my daughters XBox Live account through the microsoft.com/family website but when she tried to purchase something she gets the following message: "You cannot buy or download because of how your account is setup." I've confirmed she has no
restrictions on games or content. Has anyone else ever come across this?

When you log on to Microsoft's website, and go to Manage Account, ie https://account.microsoft.com/billing/ , does the Available Balance actually show a different figure
than what is shown on the Xbox Store App?

Are you referring to the Loyalty Promotion, which offers BF:1 and BF:4 owners to purchase BF:V for 50% off?

If so, it appears that promotion expired December 20, 2018.
