Problem with an invatition

I have a bit of a messed up controller on my Xbox 360. Long story short I received an invitation on my 360 for the preview program telling me to open the message on my Xbox one. However before I was able to do this my joystick and A button stuck and deleted
the message. I contacted tech support as an ambassador was already unable to assist me. Tech support (Ram) was unable to retrieve the message but had confirmed i had been invited. He/She sent me a link to the Xbox one preview forum telling me that it was moderated
by someone who could help me, but neither one of us were able to access the link, both finding the group not found error. I figured Xbox forums were down and told him i would try again later, but the problem is still occurring. Please help me I am not begging
for an invite I only want to contact someone who can help me. I have been eager to join the beta community and have already mucked up one invitation earlier this year for a chance to beta an update for the 360. Thanks.

Problem with profile

Right,When i go into My Account,underneath my gamertag it says Sarah in small writing which is my girlfriends name,i think my account used to be connected to her Email address as it was her internet provider that i was using but now its connected to my Email
but still says her name under my gamertag,which looks kinda daft.I've been into edit profile and all that but there is no option to change this.Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks.

 

Problem with sky

the thing is have you tried asking anyone in a repair store because I was trying to sign in to sky but every time I

try it said the password was invalid and when I asked they helped.

 

I did the exact same thing and would also like information on steps I can take to retrieve the message, or gain access to the preview. (I wish an email was sent instead)

Remember getting an invite doesnt garentee you a spot it adds you to the queue for the next wave

 

That is all good and well, but as I stated, even a microsoft tech got the same error, from the same message, from the same link you have sent me. Group not found. Further information on this is what we are chasing after. Tech man said it should not have
been down but it still is. I will just keep trying until I am convinced that I mucked my shot at it. Thanks for the link though.
