problem with alredy buy game

Well i buy sea of thieves monts ago. and yesterday i go trouble with pc so i need format the pc and i do but went i try to download the game again say to me buy it for 50%.....

i pay for all the game monts ago i dont want to pay again for the game. so my question is what i need to do?

OK so you have purchased the game but it isn't appearing on the library of the pc, but is appearing fine on the xbox one?.

xbox has alredy *** me over twice now this is the third time so now im gunna buy a ps3 because they are 50X better
