Problem with advertisement videos in Daily Challenges June 23....

I have the same problem today with both the daily challenges and the Events - World Tour.

 

I have the same problem. Fix it!

 

Only happened when I try to play Spider, my favorite game. Every other game works fine. Just a white screen and nothing you can do, but close out of the whole thing.

3days, no challenges for me. I can't even type this message without getting a signin error message with every keystroke. AAAAHHH!!!! UUGHHH!!!

 

I am having this same problem. I have to continually reset the app to get it to work. This started after the last Microsoft Update in June.

 

Same here site crashes ...

I'm just here to parrot this sentiment - this started late last week. It's all about the ad server, it seems.

 

I am having this problem too, seems like the ad is not loading and then we can't move on from it. Sometimes if I uninstall the app or reset it it works again and plays a few ads, so I am guessing that there is one particular ad that is corrupted somehow.
I'm pretty shocked that no one is on this it seems. Why isn't it fixed? It's been at least three days for me, this problem.

 

Having the same problem, on Jun 23rd it was only 2 of the challenges and was finally able to complete those later that night but since Jun 24th I haven't been able to get in and have the same white screen that I have to x out of. Xbox live service is showing
problems but the date is well before the problems we are experiencing...

 

First go to "settings" and select "apps"

under "apps and features" find the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app and click on it

you will see "Advanced Options" in blue, click on that link

you will then see the "Reset" and click on it.

When you first go back to the game it will ask something about using this PC previously, just select yes

I didn't lose any information on previous games... Hope this helps

I have the same white screen when it tries to load advertising.

I have other home PC's with Win10 vers 1703 and they work fine.

Go to search and "Troubleshoot"

Please advise how to fix that ?

Note: I can move about in the program without any problem.

But when it decides to load an advertisement "Loading..............." that is where it white screens and stays hung.
