Problem with advertisement videos in Daily Challenges June 23....

Trying to play the June 23 calendar challenges, but every time I click a game choice to start and it activates the inevitable advertisement video, but the screen goes white, video doesn't play, no card game for me! Anyone else experiencing this problem today
or in the past?

Daily challenges are click fraud. All other Microsoft games only present an advertisement once for all of the daily challenges. Tattles force you to view an advertisement for every daily challenge. That's five views of the same advertisement for one set
of daily challenges. What makes it worse is that I can complete many of the daily challenges in less time than it takes to view the advertisement.

 

Problems with Daily Challenges

I have been having a problem with jigsaw daily challenges since june 11th.
Program consistently crashes after the advertisement and before any game actually starts.
I've done an uninstall, reinstall, reset, wsreset (in admin mode). Nothing works. I'm happy to work with your tech support people to isolate this problem (which I know others are experience, too).

 

i have the same problem, open up any challenge and only get white screen and no sound.

Yep having the same problem. Just a white screen and nothing you can do, but close out of the whole thing.

 

I've already chatted with someone on the Microsoft team to let them know. That was 8 hours ago....

 

I have the same problem. Going to daily challenge, click on a game, and I don't see the advertisement at all - it's just goes blank/all white.

 

Same problem with all my Solitaire games and challenges. Hope they fix it soon.

 

So I am currently chatting with another Microsoft agent, who appears to think that this is a problem with my system, and clearly must be USER error, so beware folks, your mere association with me by being linked to this post might be causing your Solitaire
issues. Can't be their video problem for all of us, must be mine. Like a cold - I made you all catch the same Anti-Solitaire cold

 

Is there a tech we can chat with on here? This more than likely an xbox issue with the link to the advertisements. I'd guess that the link is corrupted or wrong or that the ad itself is corrupted. Any ideas of how to chat with an xbox tech?
