    Problem with adding a credit card


    Greetings,

    I've tried couple of times adding a credit card, but sadly I got error every time. Saying: Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card. But I have been using this card on other platforms like Steam, Battle.net and it works smoothly without throwing any kind of errors. I even tried by creating a new outlook account, but nothing worked.
    Can you help me with this issue and maybe tell me what is the problem?

    Are you trying to add the card on the console? Is that the full error message/code you get there? Also take a look at our payment method guide (forums.xbox.com/.../19164.aspx)
    for suggestions on adding a payment method.

    Please contact XBOX Support for your region. These are most likely temporary authorizations, if you haven't gotten the points or content you've purchased you most likely weren't charged for them. So contact XBOX Support to see what's going on.

    Is your Xbox set to the correct region?

    You can also add the card online vs on the console but it sounds like your trying to add a UAE card to a USA region

    Please clarify

    Are you unable to add other payment methods as well? Also, take a look at our Payment Guide (forums.xbox.com/.../19164.aspx) to see if any of those suggestions
