    Problem with account. Massive lag only on my account


    I experience massive lag and delay on fita 23 since a few weeks. Tried all steps, and then i mean really all steps. Had contact with ea for hours. I now found the problem myself but cant fix it. The problem is my account, not internet not xbox not anything else. Only my account has lag and delay. If i play fifa ultimate team on the same xbox same place and connection on another profile then there is no lag. Please help

    Massive account problems

    You can still have your password reset using a manual escalation.

    They can take some details from the email reply you get as well as your console ID an get you a password a reset .

    If you speak good English if you request a Callback on the English version of the website .

    the English lines are open till 9pm GMT +00.

    Thanks for your answer Maco14. Just as you said the support person took consoleID and some more info phonenumber and so on. So this info is going USA for evaluation usually 3-4 days. Im counting on a week though since its 4th of july thursday. Now i just
    have to wait and see what happens.
