Problem with accessing the paying methods

Dear Sir or Madam

I need help, i bough minecraft on the offical game and all and so i made an agreement with my dad that i'll remove his credit card from my microsoft account after the purchase but now that we bought it i tryed to remove it from my profile but when i opend the microsoft account it kept refreshing, the page- and i wasn't able to do anything, so then i tryed to fix that but noting. then after many tryes now it's not refreshing but when i click on my account it opens a new browser but not my account but my other account's log in (when it says write in password), i'm really worried since now my main account has my dad's credit card's informations and all and i can't delete it since i can't get to it, and i don't have any credit card info saved to my other accounts and now only this account is having problems when i log into my other accounts they load all okay and there i can move freely.

(this problem is just when i open the offical microsoft site and try to accest my profile)

(theres not a picture because the screenshot thing decided to be messed up and not work, really sorry i couldn't put a screenshot it even though the rules said i should put in one)

please awnser i'm kinda panicked about this.

A suspension due to payment methods expiring is not 9999. Simply call support and pay any outstanding balance this should renew your account to access LIVE.

This had just happened to me. My problem was my payment method failed but xbox still allow you 7 days of gold access until they cut you off. When you pay your next bill you have already used 7 days of your month. Hope this helps

Is this an ad for Microsoft 365? He is asking for a solution to his problem, not a new method that you need to pay a subscription for.

Hello,

When an error message indicates that there is a problem with your account, please visit the Microsoft Billing site here and check to make sure you do not owe any sort of money or there
is not an expired payment method on file.

If payment is due or if a payment method is expired, you will need to first add a new payment method, and then delete the expired payment method. Once you add the card, please contact phone support by going here to
pay the balance due (if there is one). Once the account issue is resolved, you should be able to access your LIVE account again with no problems.
