problem with a purchase in the xbox store

Today I bought 3 money cards two of two hundred and one of three hundred I was going to buy the dead by dayligh and when I gave it to buy it appeared to me that there was an error and that the product (game) already bought avia then fixed me and indeed already
I had it but the problem is that I did not get mail from the purchase and I found this surprised me and also all the games that I have already bought do not appear in the order history and the money I have still not taken from me but it is a Worry as I have
never been this past this I need help from someone profeccional since apparently this is serious for me since I could lose my digital games. I hope you answer me as quickly as possible, thanks.

Can't buy game

I have the same problem when I am going to purchase a game on Xbox store and Microsoft store. It stucks at the payment option loading screen. I contacted with customer service and tried different ways, but the problem cannot be fixed. Is it a Microsoft store
server problem or a bug of Xbox summer update?

It was released in the EU (where I am) and Japan, so it shouldn't be a region problem, but it's a while since it was released so something might've changed on the back-end.

Have you tried from the website or from the console? If you've tried console and it doesn't work, try to hold down the power button for 10 secs and try again. In this way you should solve.
