    Problem with a promotional code


    I entered a promotional code on the xbox site that I got by pre-ordering Destiny and I couldn't find the rewards I paid for on my account when starting the game and even after. Does anyone has any idea what I shall do?

    I purchased a new Xbox one that came with a free game download. When I attempted to redeem the code it said that it had already been used.

    Are you a representative of Microsoft who is employed to deal with these issues directly with the customer having a problem with the promotional codes they received after they purchased a Microsoft product?

    Check the Postmaster or the Special Orders Booth (located just around the corner from the Postmaster) on the tower.

    Can I redeem a xbox game pass ultimate gift card after my last subscription expired?

    You must be clearer with this. Have you got 14 days promotion code, some kind of promotion gift card or the normal one? If it is a one month, or three-month code it should work with no problem.
