    Hi everyone

    in december of the last year i bought a membresy xbox live gold for 3 months by credit card . It worked perfectly but , now today i dont have gold, obviusly because the membresy has finished, but the really problem is i dont want that suscription plan anymore,
    but the system does not let me change it. Also the system displays a message saying : you have to pay your old membresy to keep playing with xbox live, can anyone help me with this?

    i want to buy a suscription for ONLY ONE MONTH but i have only one choise ... 3 MONTHS and i dont want that...

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    Hi there,

    Did you turn off auto renew before your subscription ended?

    To switch from one subscription length to the other, you need to cancel the first subscription (and make sure auto renew is off).

    When you buy gold on the website there is a delay before the console will recognize it. To speed up the process, either test your connection or recover your account.

    Im having the same problem. I have live until june of next year and it keeps telling me to buy live. I was playing online this morning and I come home and now this ish!!!!! Im not buying a new console!!!!!!!!!!!! Im sure thats where all this is leading
