    Still being charged

    Greeting,

    I'm posting to report a problem, i'm still being charged monthly, as the title says, while i canceled my subscription some time ago already. It's not a monthly levy per se, it just says in my bank account that i paid by card when i obviously didn't willfully.

    Any chance to check and resolve that problem please ? Answer by email only if you would, i'm not used to this page/forum and don't plan to be.

    Hi Levi, this can be a bit odd but can you try taking an screenshot of the desired picture (crop it if necessary after that) and then try selecting that picture as your profile picture? (In case the current picture format and resolution is causing this problem)
