    Hello, I have a problem. I can't change my Xbox One to 720p, 1080p, or 4k. I stay in 640p all the time.

    I've already tried 7 HDMI cables, 3 TVs, 5x resets, 5x hard resets, I've tried everything.

    As soon as I select 720p or 1080p it goes black and jumps back to 640p.

    Please help me…..

    Oh that's unfortunate. If you've already tried it and the video is still at a lower rate then the issue may lie with the video card and would need a repair.

    You can set up a repair for your console at https://account.microsoft.com/devices. Once set up and you have received your shipping label via email you can pack up your console.

    Please be sure to send only the console and nothing else as Xbox does not guarantee that extra items such as cables or controllers will be returned.
