    Hello,



    I have a problem with 4x Xbox controllers. All gamepads have a faulty left analog stick. In neutral position cursor is moving.

    I tried to fix controllers according to microsoft support site but it failed.

    I would like to know, if their exchange will be possible?

    Date of purchase:

    2x pieces: 2018-01-09

    2x pieces(with console Xbox One): 2017-11-28

    Unfortunately the typical warranty is only 90 days for controllers, Once outside of the warranty microsoft won't replace them and they don't repair them either.

    The issue you are having seems to be ghosting/drifting which is common on well used controllers, This is generally caused from general wear and tear and occurs on all control pads from all platforms.

    If you have o warranty then your only option is to have a third party repair shop if you can find one repair it or repair it yourself (requires soldering iron skills and the purchase of the new thumbstick sensors from ebay)
