    Not letting me redeem code

    I bought a 12 month xbox live card and everytime i try and redeem it, either on the xbox itself or on an computer. It tells me tom try again later and that something went wrong on their end. Been having this problem for 2 days now. Anyone now what to do??

    Connection issues on my end, as well, affecting game play. This is alerted on the XBox website, but has been occurring for 2, going on 3, days straight now. It is clear that the problem is with XBox servers as it is admitted that "there's a problem on
    our side." XBox Live Gold members pay for the service. It might seem fair to a rational individual that compensation is in order - perhaps in 2 to 3 days comped for XBox Live Gold.

    Annoying issue: Update Failed.

    try waiting 4 days and then try updating the xbox. this may be the problem since it can't connect to xbox live to recieve the update
