    Problem when synchronizing wireless control


    Hi.

    My Xbox One has the following situations. When trying to synchronize a wireless control:

    1.- Pressing the synchronization button that is on the console emits only a sound indicating that it was pressed correctly, but the front logo of the Xbox one does not start to flash (indicating that it is waiting for the control to be synchronized), it
    does so many times.

    And if the console managed to start looking for the device and allows me to synchronize the control, then ...

    2.- Once the console and control are synchronized, I start using the control and after 1 minute of use the control is desynchronized again, and it does so intermittently.

    What can I do to fix this problem? Already i tried to completely restart the console, and sometimes in the fifteenth attempt is when it manages to begin to synchronize.

    Which game designer thought it would be a good ideal to change all of the controls? Lets change how people have gotten use to countering, stealing,
    synchronizing. Not a good game design choice.

    You have to synchronize a wireless joystick with the console in exactly the same way that you have to synchronize a wireless controller.

    it seems that the problem has to do with the synchronization you should re-synchronize it with your xbox, remember that both the control and the xbox have synchronization buttons, that should solve the problem
