Problem when I try to start a game in xbox app

When i try to start a game in the xbox app(or the xbox console companion or the microsoft store) it plays, then after some seconds it crashes

i have changed my computer and my hard drive recently and the first few times it worked fine, but then the problem happened

I think it has a conflict between applications

also, when i disconnect my internet connection, the game starts and when i connect again to the internet, the game crashes

But what happened is i had not activated the "offline permissions" option

in the xbox (beta) app:

settings>general>offline permissions

There has been a few problems with the app and have suggested using the windows menu instead to open games. All installed games for PC will so up in the main menu and work directly from this list

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save

In Startup Type, set the service to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start > Apply > OK to save changes, restart your PC and try again.

Note: In case GamingServices can't be modified, skip that one.

C. Right-click on the Windows button and select PowerShell (run as administrator)

This command can take a while to end, but when the process ends, you should be able to type in the PowerShell window.
