problem when i try to redeem 1 month gold trial.

Hello everyone, about a week ago i received a messaged from Xbox Live acount while i was playing, it said that was an offer to try xbox live gold, what i had to do was

press the guide button and then select Try Gold for Free, which i would have done if such option appeared any help with these?

i also tried to redeem a month trial but it says it cant connect to xbox live and that i have to try later, which i have been doing for days with no luck.

"Something went wrong"

I have my 1 month free gold membership from the box of the console and a 12 months gold membership that I just bought last month and I've been trying to redeem the 1 month gold membership since yesterday but after clicking the confirm,it says "Something
went wrong"(it also happened plenty of times when I tried to redeem my 12 months gold membership yesterday when my 1 month gold membership won't work). Also when I redeem the code for 12 months gold membership, it was read as 1 month and sometimes the 1 month
was read as 12 months so I'm confuse if the code is the problem or there is a problem in xbox.com.

1 month gold for $1

I got a popup saying I can get a 1 month gold for $1.

I was unable to redeem it, since I was using trial.

I asked support, they promised to give me the offer after 1 my trial expires.

Please provide me with 1 month of trial.

Sorry to hear it. However, as you already seem to have a Gold membership that offer is not valid for your gamertag. It might have been a glitch in the system that you received it.

Because it sounds to me as if you've gotten confused over the free 1 month Gold trial that is available three times when you create an account on the console.

You get one month per new account for a maximum of three on a console.

Hey why does it say error code 80070057 when i try to get the free 1 month trial gold from xbox on my dashboard is xbox being a jerk or is it a glitch because i only filled the billing info not trying to watch a video or redeeming a code please tell me if

My monthly subs have shown through commerce as I don't believe it's considered a trial, 1 month is the lowest amount of time you can have on an actual gold subscription as you can buy 1 or 3 months...

If you did redeem a month it should show through there, if nothing is showing there is the possibility you redeemed a trial as Ownage has said.
