Problem when creating my account

When I created my account I was wrong about my date of birth (minor instead of adult) and now when I try to do certain actions there is a message that tells me that I am not old enough .

I tried everything: change my birthday date, put myself in an adult but nothing changed

Have you solutions ?

Can you please try to reset the password for that account by going here and see if it still says that it doesn't exist?

My whole issue is that I want everything to be connected to the same email address, so creating a new account on a different email wouldn't solve anything for me. :\

There is nothing that can be done once an accounts date of birth is put in on an account that is the date of birth of the account and can not be changed.

The only way to get your exact account creation date is to contact Microsoft Account Support.

As additional information, I can tell you that one of the ways to know when your account was created is to have a welcome email from Outlook or Hotmail.

It is not currently possible to turn an offline child account into a Live account on the console. You would have to create a new Live account for them via xbox.com and download that account onto the console. It will be a brand new account so any game progress
they have will not carry over.
