    Hello.

    I live in France and I would like to buy an offer on Dragon Mania Legends. Only, wanting to change my region, it is written that I have already changed region in the last 12 months but I have not done so. Because of this problem, I can not buy the offer.
    What can I do ?

    Region Migration, now a big Problem with Xbox One

    I'm not sure ip has anything to do with it at all.

    When I phoned up the rep I spoke to said that there are 2 types of region change.

    1. Xbox live account region change.

    2. Xbox one console region change.

    As for the first then when you change this (and also try to then change it back) there is a problem where you get this auto sign out thingy.

    As for the second option then this can be done anytime with no problems.

    But when changing region in this second method you need to have an address in that country.

    After you change your console region successfully you can use the console to download content even if it's region specific to that country etc...

    You can even switch back your console region anytime and still use the content you've downloaded from other regions.

    je suis francais aucun probleme de traduction.je te conseille de contacter le sav microsoft par telephone car peut etre que par inadvertance tu a changer de region au court de l'année sans t'en rendre compte ou bien alors un probleme de synchronisation avec
    ton compte xbox.

    sois tu peut supprimer ton profil de ta console et le reconnecter ou sois contacter le sav par telephone choix que je choisirait en premier car il vont regler ton souci de region sans probleme

    I was looking through the thread that you had changed your region recently.

    Unfortunately, if you had your region changed recently, it would take at least 90 days for you to manipulate that back to an appropriate setting. For more information on what changing region is entails, you can always refer to our support page entitled

    How to update your Microsoft account if you're moving to anew country or region.
