Problem Viewing / Streaming on MIxer for XBOX ONE X

Hey,

i have been try to view / listen / stream on Mixer on Xbox One X.

Each time i try to link in to the app on console. There is overlapping of different streaming players content.

and problem view stream clearly.

i have contacted Mixer Support and also Microsoft Support, but still no success.

ive done a hard restart, including a system factory reset. While keeping ( Games and APP)

on the console.

not sure what else to do . Please Help.

Xbox: Mixer - webcam audio sync issue

I just bought the Logitech c920 he webcam for streaming on mixer. Followers and viewers state that my voice doesn't match up with my video.

I have the Xbox one x and I stream with the mixer app on the Xbox.

Is there anything I can do to fix this or is a bug that needs fixed / implemented for Xbox.

Help????

 

Mixer streaming quality concerns

Unfortunately there is no way to manage my output. It is all 'auto' based on Mixer.

Not sure this helps me much.

Im wondering if my xbox one (not S or X) is the problem? Is it not made to handle streaming at a constant 1080 or even 720 output?

If you have already done enough troubleshooting including the Factory reset while keeping games & apps I would recommend going through with a

Full Factory Reset on your Xbox One X.
