    so I could contacted support each time they tried to help me so basically saints row 3 or any backwards compatible games for me doesn’t work every time I put my game disc in nothing pops up nothing shows up period and it’s pretty
    irritating bc I bought a lot of backwards compatible games and I can’t play them they really need to get this fix bc it’s so annoying like wtf so plz help somebody

    Do you just have trouble with disc based BC games? Do you have any issues with any Xbox One games they you might have on disc?

    Hello! Sorry you're having some issues. First off have you tried a power cycle? If so are you connected to the internet when trying to start these games? Do other discs work? We need more info before we can help better!

    Hello! Sorry you're having some issues. First off have you tried a power cycle? If so are you connected to the internet when trying to start these games? Do other discs work? We need more info before we can help better!
