Problem trying to pay for new games in xbox260

Hi, I'm Fernando Sosa, I'm from Argentina, I have a xbox 360 and all my attempts to pay for a new games are rejected, the credit card information is correct and the billing address is updated. As I said, I'm from Argentina, but my account seems to be linked
to Spain for some reason, If I try to a add a new method for payment from the web, I asked for a region in span to complete the data to add a new credit card. All the prices in my xbox are in Euros. I checked my personal settings and my current billing information
and all are correct (In Argentina), Is it posible to solve this issue? thank you. Fernando.

Puchasing or remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to purchase something.

After that try the purchase on both xbox console and via xbox.com

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

Error Code While trying to pay for New gamer Tag

Heeey ,, i tryed to change my gamer Tag ( but the first problem i saw i had to pay for it cuz i changed it some how but i never changed the name to this only trough mail , never used it for xbox , so now i try to pay 10 euro's trough paypal and i get this
error , says i need to do it in error **** but dosnt work for me , so anyone any ideas how to fix it ? this is my error code

Hi, did you already prop out the update after the instruction on XBOX.com? You have to prepare the USB stick correctly beforehand and only copy the folder with the character to the root directory. The USB stick must be FAT formatted

Ok Thomas, let's try these solutions that will normally fix the problem:

1. Try a different payment method than the one they have on the account.

2. Remove the card they are trying to use, then add it back and try again.

3.Delete and download your profile

4. Reboot the console

5. Try adding a new card to the account and try the purchase again.

6.Try to associate your card to PayPal and link it to your Xbox

7. Get in touch with your bank, since sometimes they block online purchases

8. If all else fails, I recommend you try not buying for 24 hours and try again
