    Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your account to properly allocate your purchases to the correct chapters, and you should see Credits pending by the end of next week at the latest.

    Haven't receive my points

    I bought antman,dr strange,bvs, suicide squad, fantastic beasts and Star Trek beyond all in December all in the period of the mission and haven't received any points yet or credit deposit

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Hello ivorplayedallot,

    We responded to your post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/ddeb6645-f73a-41b3-8f09-0766d4f62d96). As mentioned in your earliest post, this deposit is failing
    because a database error is causing your billable account to not be marked for the deposit. We need this "mark" in order to know which billable account you want your deposit into. Since it is missing, our deposit aborts rather than attempt a deposit into a
    unspecified billable account.

    For support to check into it, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for survey credits to show as pending and there are no offers to receive credits for downloading a free game.
